About Us

I didn’t always feel confident speaking in front of others. In fact, when I joined Apple in 2013 as a young student, the thought of public speaking made me shake—and stutter.

That all changed when I took a leap into Apple’s prestigious new hire training program. There, I was fortunate to be mentored by extraordinary coaches who pushed me to refine my facilitation skills and speak with intention. Through focused coaching and repetition, I learned how to control my pace—and in doing so, I began to overcome my stutter. It was a powerful reminder: the right coaching doesn’t just improve how you speak, it transforms how you see yourself.

Inspired by that experience, I spent the next several years helping others find their voice.

While leading Apple’s new hire onboarding program, I facilitated monthly 3-day workshops for groups of 30–50 employees. Over two years, I onboarded more than 900 new team members—guiding them through Apple’s culture, tools, and customer experience standards while building engagement and confidence from day one.

I also pursued advanced public speaking training at Florida International University, where I supported peers in developing their delivery, content, and executive presence.

Five years later, I stepped into a leadership role as a manager at the second-largest Apple store in the U.S., where I coached employees—both inside and outside my department—on delivering compelling presentations and securing career-changing promotions.

In 2022, I joined The Rounds, a VC-backed startup, where I led four markets and managed over 30 direct reports. I conducted hundreds of interviews, coached team members into leadership roles, and helped them hit sales goals, prepare for interviews, and level up their careers.

Each time someone I worked with walked into a room more prepared, more confident, and more authentic—I saw how powerful it is when people discover what they’re truly capable of.
